New Years Resoultions

So its the time that the majority of people start anew with New Years Resolutions. It could also be done on your birthday or say on a solstice.

For myself I have decided on a few things and lets see if I can stick with it. I have already set out yearly goals for weight lose, travel and other physical/material things.

I am looking to 1. Take my own advice 2. Make more of an effort 3. Re-focus myself; work on myself.

Nothing there sounds difficult, but actions require action. I can say or write these things down and they can sound easy, but putting them into practice will be the challenge, And that starts with a change of mentality. Change is won or lost in the mind. When you choose to listen to the voice that says give up, rather than answering with No, and finding the voice that says keep going
